I don't care if they do it for 10 mins its still wrong! They should be fighting the occupations physically or verbally. Such actions imply that they have given up the fight-something a believer never does. If I was living under occupation the only thing? I'd be driving is a vehicle packed with explosives heading towards a military checkpoint :)
